Please remember that these designs are handmade and take time.  We want to ensure that your item is exactly as requested and that we put the most care into your project.  These designs may take 2 weeks to a month to be completed.  We work on a first come first serve basis.  

FAQ:

• How much will my project cost?

A: This does depend on the yarn being used(if requested a specific yarn), the size of the project, shipping, and labor time.  Fill out the form above and we can figure out pricing.

• Can I return my product if I do not like it?

A: We do not allow any returns or exchanges.  Due to these products being a work of art and handmade, we do not want our time and effort to be wasted.  If you do receive your product and find that it is not to your liking,  please feel free to email us at info@trucrochet.com and we can to try help resolve the issue.

• Can I use my own yarn to have my project made?

A: Unfortunately, due to multiple circumstances, we are not allowing other yarn to be used besides new yarn.  We want to ensure that the die lots are the same and clean.  We will, however, work with you on finding the perfect fiber and color.  

• Why is the time of my project taking so long?

A: Due to multiple orders and different designs being made,  We are working on a first come first serve basis.  We will do our best to get orders in as soon as possible and we will be sure to put all of our care in the project.
